Our diverse perspectives and proven methods help us bring a range of perspectives to work on complex challenges and create lasting change. Most importantly with our global and industry backgrounds along with our own research and academic insights we work together to develop impactful learning experiences for all our clients.
Dr. Manjari Prashar, UK
In 2004, I started my boutique consultancy to empower and guide leaders in creating a lasting legacy of inclusion. My interest in working cultures and the role of leadership began during my 18 years of account management experience in the US and Canada between 1987-2004 and subsequent consulting assignments in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America. These experiences led me to question some of the structures, cultures and leadership within organisations.
I noticed that I, and others like me, tend to face more obstacles and invisible barriers in our working lives. Despite good intentions, organisational leadership often appeared to be silent and complicit in perpetuating inequities. In my work as an executive coach, I find that, too often, this is still the lived experience of many individuals in the workplace, and I want it to change.
Temitayo Lawal, UK
I bring over 10 years of experience partnering with organisations to drive sustainable, transformational change in culture, inclusion, leadership, and change management. With expertise spanning public, private, and third sectors - including Education, Charity, Media, and Law, I offer a unique cross-sectoral perspective that fosters inclusive organisational culture and leadership development.
As an executive-level facilitator and public speaker, I design and deliver workshops that promote collective action and inclusive team dynamics. I have led workshops across the UK and internationally for executive and senior leadership teams on inclusive leadership and career development for early- to mid-career talent. My collaborations include the University of Manchester, University of Hertfordshire, Deusto University, Vanderbilt University, and ITV.
Dr. Lisa Desai, USA
I am a licensed clinical psychologist and organizational, workplace consultant. I have over 30 years of clinical and administrative experience working in college counseling, community mental health, hospitals, and private practice. After receiving my doctorate in psychology, I completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in child and adolescent psychotherapy at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School. Over the course of my career, I have focused on working with adolescents, college students and adults to treat anxiety, depression, eating disorders and relationship issues within a culturally informed, growth-enhancing framework. As an organizational consultant, I provide behavioral health training and collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies which contribute to a psychologically safe work environment. I am committed to leading conversations about mental health, inclusion, culture, and personal and professional productivity. I am currently the Director of Workplace Suicide Prevention, at MindWise Innovations, a service of Riverside Community Care. I am a member of the Association of Business Psychology (ABP) based in the UK and the American Psychological Association (APA).
Dr. Nandita Mehta, India
With over 20 years of experience leading Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) for Fortune 500 companies in the IT and ITES sectors, and as Head HR and CHRO in the Pharmaceutical sector, I specialize in helping leaders and organizations unlock their full potential. My journey has spanned geographies, cultures, and industries but the constant thread has been a deep belief in the transformative power of learning, coaching, and culture.
As an L&OD strategist, I have built and led high-performing global teams, designed future-ready leadership development programs, and driven enterprise-wide talent initiatives that align people strategy with business outcomes. Whether it’s navigating organizational change, developing inclusive leadership pipelines, or embedding learning agility at scale. I have consistently delivered solutions that create measurable impact.
My approach blends evidence-based frameworks with real-world insight, rooted in my experience partnering with C-suite leaders, HR partners, and business heads. I’m particularly passionate about enabling leaders and creating conditions where diverse leadership styles are recognized, nurtured, and celebrated.
