Executive Coaching

Leveraging research insights and experience, these programmes activate personal insights, boost morale, and increase productivity, helping align aspirations with impactful actions and new connections.
Team coaching
Working in a safe and confidential manner, we provide practical, research-backed coaching designed to foster self-awareness and drive change to embrace psychological safety, authenticity and action. Coaching is offered on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, tailored to individuals and teams.
We work in collaboration with client teams and a range of expert associates when required.
Advisory
Assessment of engagement surveys and employee data to advise on suitable customised change programmes. Short and medium term support and ad hoc consulting for internal HR, L&D, Inclusion teams for special projects.
Customised communications and Guidance documentation
Development of customised team material such as written and video handbooks/guides.
Training Workshops
Working collaboratively with our clients, we assess the current state of affairs and the ongoing efforts within organisations and teams to help set training goals and design. We build targeted content with a review of current strategies, existing interventions and relevant data. This analysis identifies key barriers and opportunities for cultural and structural change. A bespoke strategy is then provided to effectively address these issues and enhance inclusion within the organisation.
Leadership Programmes
Building on our client’s goals, we co-create a bespoke programme to help leadership teams discover their purpose and determine impactful actions for fostering inclusive cultures. This could include a sponsorship development programme to actively break down barriers faced by underrepresented employees. A targeted programme is provided, along with aligned impact measures.
