GRT partnered with DLA Piper to facilitate a series of group coaching sessions designed to invest in leading high performing teams across the UK firm.

These sessions provided partners with a dedicated space to explore intentions, assess situations, understand their relational frameworks and make concrete commitments to action for change.

The partners engaged in rigorous debate, shared insights, and provided mutual support throughout the process. The feedback on the sessions was consistently positive with participants saying they felt more informed, appropriately equipped and better connected to others at the firm.

Career
progression programme

We applied an evidence-based approach to design a career acceleration programme. The goal of the programme was to empower and equip minority ethnic talent for career progression. Leveraging research insights and experience, the programme included a range of stakeholders, combining, workshops, coaching and a range of networking events to activate personal insights, boost morale, and increase productivity, helping align individual aspirations, contextual realities with impactful actions and new connections. Post programme feedback and surveys demonstrated the positive impact of the content with greater clarity around individual goals, evidence of concrete actions for change and better connections with others at the organisation.

Rhodes Trust Conflict management workshops

We designed and delivered workshops to alumni and staff supporting them on the Character, Service and Leadership Programme. The aim of the workshops was to equip the participants with tools for identifying and managing conflict in their work as facilitators. We focused on self-awareness and actionable insights for managing emerging tensions and transforming conflictual and opposing views into collective learning experiences.
